TimeLuxury is honored to have the opportunity to serve you. That is why we stand by all of our products with a comprehensive 24-month limited warranty. If an item you purchase from us experiences any issues as a result of a manufacturer’s defect at any time during the first 24 months, we will repair or replace the item at absolutely no cost to you.

How to Claim Your Warranty
If your watch exhibits any signs of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping accurate time, please do not hesitate to contact us via email at support@timeluxury.co. Our team of skilled watch professionals will assess your concerns and provide you with guidance on how to safely and efficiently send your watch for inspection and repair.
Once our team determines that the issue is covered under warranty, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Our experienced technicians will perform the necessary repairs to restore your timepiece to optimal functionality.
What is Covered by the Warranty
- Manufacturing Defects: Defects in materials or workmanship that affect the performance or accuracy of the watch.
- Movement Malfunctions: Issues with the watch movement or internal mechanism not caused by user error.
- Defective Components: Any defective parts, including the hands, dial, and casing.
Not Covered by the Warranty
The following are not covered under TimeLuxury’s warranty:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Including minor scratches, discoloration, and aging from everyday use.
- External Damage: Any physical damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, bracelet, bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or other physical damage.
- Improper Use or Accidents: Damage resulting from accidents, negligence, or improper use of the watch.
- Third-Party Repairs or Modifications: Any repairs, modifications, or adjustments made by unauthorized third parties.
- Water Damage: Water damage is not covered unless the watch is proven defective by the TimeLuxury Repair and Service Center. All water-resistant watches feature a screw-down crown, which must be properly secured at all times to maintain water resistance.
- Loss of Precious Stones: The loss of precious or semi-precious stones from settings is not covered.
- Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping the watch to TimeLuxury is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Guidelines for Warranty Claims
When sending your watch for warranty service:
- Securely package the watch to prevent damage during transit.
- Include the original proof of purchase and the Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- TimeLuxury is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping.
