Warranty Coverage
Our watches are covered by a 2-year limited warranty, which covers the following:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Movement malfunctions or inaccuracies not caused by misuse.
- Defective components, such as hands, dial, and casing.
Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage due to accidents, misuse, or negligence.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches and fading.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Water damage if the watch is not marked as water-resistant.
Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at support@timeluxury.co with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
- Ship the watch securely, including proof of purchase and the RA number clearly marked on the package.
Repair or Replacement
If the defect is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the watch at no cost to you. If the watch is no longer available, we will offer a comparable model as a replacement. In cases where the defect is not covered, we will provide you with a repair estimate before proceeding.
