Once you place an order, one of our expert staff members will personally pick the beautiful timepiece you are purchasing. We aim to provide efficient and secure shipping to ensure your timepiece arrives in perfect condition. We also offer free international shipping to customers worldwide, with no hidden costs or charges.

Any items labeled as Special Order will be shipped within 2-5 business days from the order date. Since these watches are specially ordered from our suppliers, there may be a slight delay compared to our regular in-stock inventory. Once your order is ready, we will ship it to you without further delay. All shipping for special orders is also free of charge.

All watches listed on our website for purchase are in stock and ready to ship. For verified payments received prior to 4pm, we generally ship the same business day. Shipments go out Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Owning all of our inventory at our beautiful showroom in Indianapolis, Indiana, allows us to offer this premium service to our customers.

Each watch is pulled from our showcase, and verified against the listing on the website. The box and papers for the timepiece are added to the package to match the description in our website listing.

The watch then goes to our expert team of watchmakers where it undergoes a series of tests using state-of-the-art equipment. The watchmaking team runs this final stage of testing to ensure the proper cosmetic condition, timing accuracy, and water-resistance (when applicable).

Your order will be inspected, securely packed, and shipped by China Post, FJEX, or USPS. Orders can be shipped to your billing address. All shipping is free of charge and includes full insurance to ensure that your item arrives in perfect condition.

All TimeLuxury shipments are fully insured and securely packed. A signature is required at the time of delivery or pickup.

We are proud to offer Free Shipping to over 60 countries around the world. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit the importation of items made with exotic materials.

TimeLuxury is obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders shipped to certain state addresses in accordance with local laws.

Any customs charges, import/export duties, or other fees and taxes applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment on delivery. Some countries charge additional Collect on Delivery (COD) fees, which are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery and do not go to TimeLuxury. In certain cases, customs officers may have the right to delay or deny the delivery of your package; we have no control over this, but we do reduce the likelihood of it happening by shipping with reliable international carriers like China Post, FJEX, and USPS.
